We worship at 10:00 AM on Sundays, year-round at 25 Schoonmaker Lane in Stone Ridge,(corner of Schoonmaker Lane and US Route 209.) Masks are recommended though not required; we will supply you with one, if you would like.
We continue to post brief pre-recorded worship Sunday mornings on YouTube--accessible from this page--and the Rondout Valley United Methodist Church Facebook page.
September 17 is HERE; for print order, click this.
Older services are available on our website Video page, along with the order of worship for each service.
A gigantic THANK YOU to everyone who helped, worked, organized, sponsored, donated, entered, or came to RVUMC’s third fabulous car show on Saturday the 2nd. (Tom and Elaine Fiore, we see you!) There were 46 vehicles ranging from the 1920s to a 2023 all-electric Nissan. There wasn’t a “one piece at a time” ’49-’73 Cadillac as in the Johnny Cash song, but there WAS a ’41-’66 “Studestang.”
The churches of the Hudson Valley Cooperative Parish joined us on Thursday August 24th to fill 50 flood cleanup buckets to be used to the south of us in response to the devastating flooding earlier this summer. Complete lists of items needed for UMCOR relief kits (hygiene bags and flood buckets) can be found if you click THIS, as well as at RVUMC. You may also make a designated contribution via our secure "DONATE" page toward the purchase of items needed for the buckets.
Please note we are NOT gathering donations of anything not on the bucket list!!
There is no current call for used clothing, appliances, furniture. Do
NOT bring such things to RVUMC. If you need to arrange a time to bring buckets/bucket list items to RVUMC, leave a message on the church phone 845 687 9090 or email to rvmethodist@gmail.com.
To learn how you can help the United Methodist Church in our world-wide disaster relief efforts, view our UMCOR link here, under "Church Connections".
RVUMC is not currently a satellite pickup location for RV Food Pantry Emergency Bags; if you are in need of food call the RVFP directly at 687-4013.
Watch this space and Facebook for updates; stay safe, stay in touch and let us uphold each other and our world in prayer and in the practical labor of love.
